Our menu was designed by our founder Quanie blackwell. Her passion for food has been deeply rooted from the teachings of her father and his early catering business. Each item in which you can choose from has been tasted by the judgment of many to ensure its the perfect choice for your guest. Our Menu is structured so that you can provide your guest with what you know they would love. While specializing in buffet-style catering, there is no limit to what we will achieve. Bigg Bites hand passers offer amazing Hors d’oeuvre that your guest will love. Our plated catering service provides hot plates so that your guest feels catered to. The menu even features special dietary restrictions so that each guest is taken into consideration.
